Shoaib Anwar

Managing Director

Sho started with Keller Williams in 2012 and has managed offices in NYC, Boston, and Los Angeles ranging from 80 to 800 agents. His focus has been on financial management, HR, operations, and agent retention. Sho brings his expertise to TGS, providing tailored solutions to help Market Centers grow, become profitable, and empower MCAs to have leverage and succeed in their roles at a high level.

Jennie Schlipp

Managing Partner

Jennie joined Keller Williams in 2011 and has held leadership roles in multiple Market Centers, including those in Saint Joseph and Kalamazoo. Her passion for helping associates and MCAs succeed led her to the KWRI MCAngel Division, where she served as a Support Analyst. Soon after as a MAPS Mastery & Executive Coach. She is also the Regional MCA for the Colorado and Southern California regions. Jennie specializes in financials, operations, and organizational leadership, with a strong commitment to empowering others to grow and achieve at a high level.
