Founding Journey
Guiding Star Solutions LLC is a U.S. based company founded in 2024 by Shoaib Anwar and Jennie Schlipp.
Shoaib Anwar has served as a Market Center Administrator with Keller Williams for over 12 years, working in offices across NYC, Cambridge, and LA, ranging from an office of 80 agents to one with 800+ agents.
Jennie Schlipp has been with Keller Williams for over 13 years, working in various roles including Market Center Administrator, Support Analyst for KWRI's MCAngel Division, and Head Coach with MAPS Coaching.
